This one-bedroom New York-style loft is designed for a single man, a landscape architect, and his dog. The brief focused on creating a functional and flexible living space.

On the lower level, the layout includes a semi-integrated living and dining area, along with a dedicated space for the dog that can be enclosed when needed. A bespoke dog nook was designed as a multifunctional element, doubling as a side table within the living area.

Upstairs, the original bedroom has been converted into a compact home gym with essential exercise equipment. The mezzanine level now functions as an open, contemporary bedroom, incorporating an office nook and built-in wardrobe.
